Help Out the UA LEGO Robotics Outreach Club by donating. We use our funds to purchase LEGO NXT kits, curriculum materials, fellow sallaries and any other related expenses.
Our Budget Plans:
- LEGO NXT kits to take to classrooms to teach with: $250. Our first goal is a classroom set of 12 kits. $275 x 12 = $3000
- Additional Lego Parts: $500
- LEGO NXT Software Site Liscense: $265
- 100 hours of fellow teaching time (one semester): $1000
- Curriculum Materials: $235
The initial starting cost totals $5000 dollars. Once the program is established, we will be able to expand our reach, affecting more students and spreading more educational excitment. Continued funding will allow the program to meet these goals and ensure the club will continue.
